Enter Infusionsoft API Details and Enable InfusedWoo

Once you reached the InfusedWoo settings page, you will be required to enter your Infusionsoft Application Name and API Key.

Application Name Your application name is the prefix of your infusionsoft url / subdomain. For example, if you access your infusionsoft account through app123.infusionsoft.com, then your application name is 'app123'.

API Key API key can be obtained by going to infusionsoft Admin Settings → Application. For more information on how to generate / obtain your API key, go to Appendix: Infusionsoft API Key.

After entering the Application Name and API Key, tick Enable/Disable to enable Infusionsoft integration. Leave the other settings for now as we want to make sure first that the API Keys are working properly.

You will know that there's an issue with the integration as there will be errors that will appear on top. If there are errors appearing, double check if the API Key is correct, otherwise check Appendix: Integration Errors to see what error messages mean and what to do to fix these errors.

InfusedWoo Configuration

After enabling InfusedWoo, we can proceed to the other settings. The following settings are optional and more of a preference on how you want the Infusionsoft integration to work.

  • Send new user registration to Infusionsoft If checked, newly registered users will be sent to infusionsoft and if necessary, it will create a new contact record. For more information on this, go to the topic 'Saving newly registered users to Infusionsoft'.

  • Action Set # to Run After New User Registration The action set you'll setup here will be triggered to the newly registered user. This will only work if you have checked the previous setting 'Send new user registration to Infusionsoft?'. For more information on how to setup Action Sets and how to get action set IDs, refer to 'Setting up Action sets for new user registrations and after successful purchase'.

  • Action Set # to Run After Successful Purchase same with 'Action Set # to Run After New User Registration', except that this will be triggered every new successful purchase.

  • Create Invoices in Infusionsoft for all payment gateways If checked, invoices will be generated in infusionsoft for ALL payment gateway everytime a new successful purchase happens. That means even if you use different payment gateways like Authorize.net, Stripe, etc., invoices will always be generated in infusionsoft. Orders will be automatically marked as PAID in infusionsoft. This will be very handy if you want to track all your purchases inside infusionsoft.

  • Do NOT overwrite Contact Info in infusionsoft with the most recent info. Check this if you don't want InfusedWoo to overwrite the Contact information of the existing contact in Infusionsoft. InfusedWoo will save their contact information if the contact do not exist yet in Infusionsoft.
  • Dynamic SKU Matching: Automatically add product in Infusionsoft If woocommerce product is set to tie to infusionsoft product using SKU and if no such product in infusionsoft exists with same SKU with woocommerce product, the product will be automatically added to infusionsoft.
  • InfusedWoo Purchase License Key Your license key should have been sent to you via email right after purchase. This is required to enable periodic plugin updates.
